Home insurance with Central Texas Insurance - A Mark Lyne Agency is simple but thorough. When you call we will visit for about 15 to 20 minutes to discuss the details about your home, what you are looking to protect, do you have any special belongings, the type of construction (rock, brick or wood exterior, how many bathrooms, type of flooring - carpet vs. tile vs. hardwood) that type of thing. We will also gather needed relevant information, which in Texas means your Address, your Date of Birth, email (to mail you the completed quote), and other personal information. We can even provide the home insurance quote without your social security number (although it is highly recommended that you provide it so we can give you an accurate insurance quote - without it, the home quote will be generic and not 100% correct). Like our other insurance offerings, such as auto, life, commercial / business, we like to educate and counsel our future and potential home insurance clients, so you can make informed decisions. We consider it our job to show you what your options are when it comes to insurance, your job is to make the final decisions. After we gather the information needed to perform the initial home insurance quotes, we will design a Total House Protection Package offering you 3 different options so you can customize the insurance protection for your home. Insurance is not "one size fits all." It needs and should be personalized to each client's needs.
