Central Texas Insurance Raffle
to benefit the March of Dimes
Official Rules

First a bit of housekeeping - It is NOT NECESSARY TO PURCHASE ANY INSURANCE PRODUCT OR POLICY WITH OUR AGENCY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS RAFFLE.

The TDI requires that anytime an insurance agency or company offers an incentive to inquire about a policy, we must clearly and conspicuously disclose that the purchase of the policy is not required in order to receive the incentive.  I hope the above accomplishes the task!

Participation in this raffle:

1. Any individual over the age of eighteen may purchase a ticket for $5.00 each - Tickets may only be purchased through our agency - any proceeds received this way will be donated to the March of Dimes.
   
   
2. One ticket may also be earned by residents of the State of Texas over the age of 18 who allow our agency to conduct a FREE / NO OBLIGATION review of their current auto, home or business insurance. The policy(ies) must currently be held with a company other than Farmers Insurance or a company owned by Farmers Insurance.  It is not necessary to purchase an insurance product or policy to earn an entry.  Limit is one raffle entry per household (unless ticket is earned during the "Fast Start" period between February 1st 2010 and February 15th 2010 - see item 4 below).
   
   
3. One ticket may also be earned by referring a resident of the State of Texas over the age of 18 to our agency for a FREE / NO OBLIGATION review of their auto, home, or business insurance.  The policy(ies) must currently be held with a company other than Farmers Insurance or a company owned by Farmers Insurance.  It is not necessary to purchase an insurance product or policy to earn an entry. Limit is one raffle entry per referred household (unless ticket is earned during the "Fast Start" period between February 1st 2010 and February 15th 2010 - see item 4 below).  There is no limit to the number of entries made by the person who makes the referral to our agency through this method although the limit PER referred household still applies.  For example, if Referrer 1 refers Person 1 from Household 1 and Person 2 from Household 1, Referrer 1 will only receive one raffle ticket. However, if Referrer 1 refers Person 1 from Household 1 and Person 1 from Household 2, Referrer 1 would receive 2 tickets (one for each household referred).
   
   
4. Fast Start - Between the dates of February 1st 2010 and February 15th 2010, we are offering a Fast Start period where TWO TICKETS may be earned PLUS a $5 donation made to the March of Dimes by our agency if either of the requirements set forth in items 2 or 3 are met.

All cash proceeds earned by the sale of raffle tickets will be donated to the March of Dimes at conclusion of Raffle.

Prizes which will be awarded at a drawing to be held between 10/01/2010 and 10/04/2010.  NO CASH in lieu and NO SUBSTITUTIONS of any kind:

1. Grand Prize:  A 5 day Carnival Cruise Line Western Caribbean Cruise.  The departing port is Galveston, TX.  The winner will be required to pick a sail date between November 15, 2010 and February 28, 2011.  The cruise cannot be taken between December 14, 2010 and January 8, 2011 as these dates are "blacked out" due to the Holiday Season.  The winner will need to select a cruise date prior to October 12, 2010.  The winner will earn an interior cabin based on double occupancy. No travel expense to or from the port is included and no expenses incurred by the winner while aboard the ship or while at a port of call are included.  NO CASH in lieu and NO SUBSTITUTIONS of any kind.
   
   
2. 2nd Prize: A 42" Flat Screen TV.  The model, manufacturer and all other specifications will be determined at conclusion of Raffle.  NO CASH in lieu and NO SUBSTITUTIONS of any kind.
   
   
3. 3rd Prize: An Apple iPod Touch.  The model, and all other specifications will be determined at conclusion of Raffle.  NO CASH in lieu and NO SUBSTITUTIONS of any kind.
